We do not have a list of animals that we discriminate against. Each animal’s behavior is evaluated on its own. If we feel the animal is too aggressive to be handled in a safe manner we will decide that after the meet and greet.
The only exception is venomous or illegal animals. We do not have the proper training to give venomous animals the correct care and we do not care for illegal animals.
We love animals of all ages. We strive to give each animal the attention they need at the pace they are able to handle.
Yes, we have lots of experience caring for animals that require medication.
Yes, all pets in the house need to be up to date on their vaccines even if we do not have contact with them.
At this time we only offer pocket pet boarding.
Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. 100% of the tips are given to the sitter/walker who cared for your pets.
We have an extreme weather policy that we follow very closely, especially during the summer months.
Our summer limits are morning walks no later than 10am and again after the sun has set. After 10am we will do a leashed yard break or backyard break only. For the safety of the pets and the walker/trainer we will not work during haboobs, monsoons or thunderstorms (as soon as we hear thunder we return to the house), absolutely no walks when it is over 120 (indoor play and bathroom breaks in the yard).
We evaluate the weather at each visit, and if we determine your pet to be in danger from any of the above they will be returned to your home promptly. Any remaining time is supplemented with indoor enrichment and socialization. Clients are welcome to cancel at any time if they feel the day's forecast will not suit their pet’s needs.
